Shipping policy

Please read my shipping policy very carefully so that you will be fully informed.

SHIPPING

It is our goal to ensure you items are shipped in a professional manner and on time.

We package and ship the same business day your order arrives. However, our cut-off time for shipments is 2 p.m. Pacific Time, that is 5pm Eastern Time. Otherwise, your item will go out the next business day.

We ship via Canada Post Standard.
Your items will be delivered to you by the United States Postal Service.
Standard usually takes 3-7 days from most locations.

We will endeavor to get your items to you as soon as possible so that you can start enjoying them.

Shipping Policy

Shipping is 2.99 within Canada.

International shipping including the US is $4.99 shipping charge will be included for the entire order/purchase, irrespective of the size of purchase.

Free Sample Policy

We do not sell samples at this time. Samples are provided to customers who have purchased an item on slice-of-the-moon.com.

Payment policy

Your convenience is very important to us. We have made every effort to make sure your shopping experience is a pleasant one.

To ensure that you are able to purchase and pay for your items with ease, we accept PayPal, but do not accept major credit cards at this time.

Return Policy

Your complete satisfaction is our top priority.

Please inspect your purchase carefully when you receive it.

If there is anything wrong, please contact us immediately and we will ensure you get an immediate replacement or a refund if a replacement is not available.

In order to be able to effectively and efficiently receive returning products, we ask that you first notify us that you wish to return your items. This enables us to confirm all important or relevant information, as well as, be able to resolve any issues that may occur in the returns process.
